MEET CHESTNUT, MY NEWEST RENTAL PROPERTY
If you’ve been following me for a while, then you know that I always mention how Ownership is Key 🔑
About 9 months ago, my husband and I finally closed on the perfect property here in Houston, TX.
It was cute, charming, and one of the coziest homes ever built in the 1930’s.
This being said, we knew we had to open up walls to see what could be going on.
I’ve never purchased a home, nor have I ever had a mortgage so this was all pretty scary and daunting in the beginning.
Long story short, we purchased the property with the help of our realtor and renovated/remodeled it!
We just finished up yesterday and now the property is listed on AirBnB ready to be booked 🥳
There are SO many story times coming soon on this process of how we leveraged arbitrate to get to ownership.
But for now, I’d just like to introduce you to our newest rental property, Chestnut!
